Circle K Productions – Terms & Services

1. Ownership & Copyright
All photographs taken by Circle K Productions are the intellectual property of Circle K Productions. Clients purchasing photos do not gain copyright ownership. Photos may not be claimed as the client’s own work.

2. Usage Rights
Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased images for personal purposes only (e.g., printing, sharing on social media). Commercial use, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited unless a separate agreement is made.

3. Watermarks
All images are delivered with a tiny watermark in the bottom right corner, which will remain in the final purchased image. The large watermark seen in proofs or previews will be removed upon purchase.

Clients may not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark in any way. Screenshotting, altering, or posting images with the large watermark is strictly prohibited and illegal.

4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the photoshoot or before digital images are delivered, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Refunds are not provided for completed work or digital images delivered.

6. Liability
Circle K Productions is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage during photoshoots. Clients are responsible for the safety of themselves and any participants.

7. Delivery
Digital images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. Delivery method (e.g., online gallery, USB) will be determined prior to the shoot.

8. Agreement
By booking a photoshoot or purchasing images from Circle K Productions, the client agrees to these Terms & Services in full.
